A reminder that the April LFM is taking place this evening, at 6.30pm, at the Francis Crick Institute in the Auditorium on the ground floor.
Alessio Vagnoni: Intracellular trafficking in ageing Drosophila neurons (Vagnoni lab, KCL)
Holly Newton: Systemic muscle wasting as a nutrient-scavenging metabolic programme to drive tumourigenesis (Hirabayashi lab, MRC LMS)
You will first need to check in with the security desk near the seminar rooms, who will have your name on a guest list if you are subscribed to the LFM mailing list. Any attendees not subscribed will need to grab one of the Crick scientists who will be waiting at the entrance, and they will then help take you through security. As usual, Beer and Pizza will be provided courtesy of the Genetics Society.
2019 Speaker Rotations:
May 15 – Ribeiro/Bjedov
June 19 – Larsen/Williams
