Dear all,
For one month only, the LFM will relocate to the sunny shores of South London, to King’s College London’s Guy’s Campus in London Bridge next Wednesday, 18th October. This is due to an electricity generator test taking place at the Crick on that evening.
Instructions on how to get to our new temporary venue; New Hunts House on Newcomen St, SE1 1UL can be found in the attached PDF. Pizza and beer will be served from 18:30 on the 4th floor and the talks will be in Lecture Theatre 1. We’d like to really encourage you to join us as our hosts are making an extra special effort to make us feel at home! If you do plan to attend, please email Rita Sousa-Nunes (rita.sousa-nunes at kcl.ac.uk<mailto:rita.sousa-nunes at kcl.ac.uk>) so she can put you on a security clearance list.
The speakers are:
Andrea Chai: Spatiotemporally reproducible genetic perturbation for efficient large-scale studies of non-autonomous effects (Sousa-Nunes Lab, KCL)
David Maraud: The role of glial cells in adult brain homeostasis (Fanto Lab, KCL)
Hope to see you all there :)
Georgina (on behalf of Barry)

15th Nov – Williams/Bateman
13th Dec – Christmas special with Isabel Palacios
