A greeting from Shanghai. Hope you are very well and enjoying a nice summer.

My lab at Shanghaitech University is looking for a postdoc who has a strong background in Drosophila and is interested in studying the mechanisms that integrate cell division into developmental and homeostatic processes in multicellular organisms. I will be grateful if you forward this email to someone who has relevant skills and may be interested. The detailed job description is attached.

ShanghaiTech University has cutting-edge core facilities including advanced imaging, cell molecular biology, and electron microscopy, to which all labs have free access. There is also a strong Drosophila community within Shanghaitech as well as at other universities across the Shanghai area. Postdocs can have access to very reasonable accommodation within the campus. There are quite a few foreign postdocs and PIs in our university. So, they will enjoy research and a campus life, as well as a cosmopolitan atmosphere and urban city culture in Shanghai.
