[Lfm] Urgently needed: Sxl-Pe-EGFP stock or any fluorescent protein on the X

Dear all,



I need to distinguish early male embryos (stage 10) from female ones. I am

looking for a stock with a fluorescent tag (any color) on chromosme X that

would be zygoticly expressed in early embryos (crossing males GFP/Y to

flies of interest and selecting out the gfp embryos). The stronger the

expression the better.


If anyone has the Sxl-Pe-EGFP stock that would be ideal. (Bloomington 32565
