[Lfm] Xmas talk, change to 2nd Wedn in 2021, and more speakers plz

Dear All,

To avoid overlapping with other London Seminar Series, we are changing 
the fly talks to the *2nd wedn of each month*, starting in Jan 2021. So, 
after the *Xmas Talk on the 14th Dec *with Ross Cagan, we will have the 
next talk the 13th of Jan.

May I also ask the community to suggest speakers? Our first available 
slot is Feb the 10th, and then April the 14th
