[Lfm] ROS imagining of the hindgut

I have been struggling with ROS imagining of the adult hindgut (DHE, mitoSOX, Cell ROX). I’m looking for a wise scientist with experience in ROS imagining in the adult gut (preferably hindgut!) willing to give away 30 minutes of their time on a zoom call to help me troubleshoot.
