Dear LFMers,

Could anybody kindly provide me with a fly strain in which GFP is induced under the heat-shock promoter? One undergrad student working with me wants to measure the heat shock response of flies but we do not have time or money to do Western Blotting or PCR. In addition, if the probe is on the second chromosome, we are extremely grateful (sorry to be fussy!).

Many thanks,
Yutaka
