Dear All,

Thanks to all of you who attended (physically or remotely) yesterday’s London Fly Meeting.

If you have been interested by our “anatomograms” project and would like to contribute to it by sharing your expertise on some of the organs or tissues want to create anatomograms for, don’t hesitate to get in touch with either myself or Nancy George <ngeorge at ebi.ac.uk>.

(If you want to play with some already existing anatomograms to better understand how they can be useful to you, you may have a look at some human anatomograms:

  - https://www.ebi.ac.uk/gxa/sc/experiments/E-MTAB-10553/results/anatomogram
  - https://www.ebi.ac.uk/gxa/sc/experiments/E-HCAD-31/results/anatomogram
)

Beyond the anatomograms, Nancy and myself will be happy to answer any remaining question you may have regarding the processing of scRNAseq data at the EBI and FlyBase.

Best,

- Damien
