[Lfm] pVALIUM-10

Hi everyone -

We are looking to make some TRiP RNAi lines and I was wondering if anyone here would have any pVALIUM-10 vector in their labs - and willing to share a drop with us?
It would save me from ordering from the USA.

On a tangential note: we have not made RNAi lines in a long while so if you have any advice regarding more modern and efficient techniques, please let me know.
