[Lfm] October LFM next Weds 11th October at 5.30pm

Dear all,

A reminder that the next LFM will be on Wednesday 11th October 2023 at 5.30pm.  It will be a hybrid event (see zoom link below). If you are attending in person, please arrive between 5.15 and 5.30pm. You will first need to check in with the security desk near the seminar rooms, who will have your name on a guest list if you are subscribed to the LFM mailing list.  Any attendees not subscribed will need to grab one of the Crick scientists who will be waiting at the entrance, and they will then help take you through security.

Ruoxu Wang: JAK/STAT maintains eIF4F-dependent translation to promote stem cell self-renewal in the Drosophila testis (Amoyel lab, UCL)
Michael Winding: Using a synapse-resolution brain map to study social behaviour in fruit fly larvae (Winding lab, Francis Crick Institute)
