[apologies for the mass email, please forward to members of your labs and anyone you think could be interested, we are trying to reach as broad an audience as possible]

Dear Metabolism enthusiasts,

Following the EMBO Developmental Metabolism workshop, there was strong interest—and clear recognition of the need—for an international forum to sustain momentum and connection. We’re launching Metabolism in Development and Physiology, a monthly online seminar series to connect our community at the intersection of metabolism, developmental biology and organismal physiology.

  * Format: Two talks per session
     *   State-of-the-Field / Overview (25 min + 5min Q&A)
     *   Trainee / Ongoing Research (25 min + 5min Q&A)

Inaugural session — Thursday, 13 November 2025, 16:00 CET
