The next LFM will be held on Wednesday 15th November, 6.30pm at the Francis Crick Institute in the Auditorium on the ground floor.
The speakers are:
Katja Maierbrugger: mTOR signalling and Unkempt regulate neurogenesis in the Drosophila central nervous system (Bateman Lab, KCL)
Amrita Mukherjee: Caspases and Mitochondria in neuronal death and remodelling (Williams Lab, KCL)
You will first need to check in with the security desk near the seminar rooms, who will have your name on a guest list if you are subscribed to the LFM mailing list. Any attendees not subscribed will need to grab one of the Crick scientists who will be waiting at the entrance, and they will then help take you through security.
As usual, Beer and Pizza will be provided courtesy of the Genetics Society.
Hope to see you all there :)
Georgina (on behalf of Barry)
