Hi everybody,

We are right now finishing a paper, which uses classic knockdown vs overexpression comparisons of several transcription factors, and luckily for basically all of them we could get functional RNAi knockdown or UAS-overexpression constructs, and even more luckily all of them show a bidirectional phenotype.... just one TF resisted our (considerable) efforts to get an overexpression construct: UAS-onecut !
Zhi-Chun Lai from Penn, who generated the line has unfortunately lost it, which is a shame (and I already start feeling a bit like Wile E Coyote<https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Jd_41tM6H2Y> as other people who had it seem to have lost it, too...but never mind ;-)).
Taken all of the above, it might therefore be a long shot to ask here...but does anyone have a copy? ..and would be willing to share it with us? ....that would be splendid.

Cheers, thanks in advance... and enjoy the summer weekend!

Joerg
