Dear all,
I would like to genotype embryos for light-sheet imaging. To do this I am looking for 2nd and 3rd chromosome balancers that have embryonic markers (example below). If you have any such markers, or an alternative selection strategy please get in touch, I will be very grateful.
?It would be great to hear from you if you have any of the following:
1. Fused 2nd and 3rd Chromosome balancer with embryonic markers.
Eg. Twist-GFP or Kruppel-GFP
2. Unfused 2nd and 3rd chromosome balancers with embryonic markers.
Eg. Twist-GFP or Kruppel-GFP
3. Fused 2nd and 3rd balancer.
Best wishes to all
Lucas
