Amongst other topics we will be running in depth data analysis projects on all the adult and larval Drosophila connectome datasets. For adults this will include FAFB-FlyWire, hemibrain, MANC (male VNC), FANC (female VNC), Male optic lobe and perhaps even male brain. We will pay special attention to comparative analysis across datasets as well as integrating information with light level atlases. Projects will be led by some of the key technologists in the field and will showcase the very latest analysis tools. There will also be background lectures from world experts. We will be able to accommodate student-driven projects e.g. using connectome analysis to augment existing experimental work you are doing in the lab.

Application deadline is this Mon April 3rd, but I have noticed that there is often a second deadline (no promises though!). Please forward through other channels as appropriate. Note that there will be stipend support available with a special eye on less well-off laboratories.
